* Announced that starting June 2, a call center with 50 doctors will be set up to authorize prescriptions for seniors and people with disabilities.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo expressed her affection and support for the people of Sinaloa and affirmed that she will not allow its inhabitants to be stigmatized because they are hardworking. This occurred during the House-to-House Health Program Assembly held in Mazatlán.

"I have to say it loud and clear, so that it can be heard throughout Mexico and the world: the people of Sinaloa are hardworking people, who move forward every day, we love them, we support them, we will not allow anyone to stigmatize Sinaloa," he asserted.

He recalled that Sinaloa is the main producer of corn in Mexico and just as "without corn, there is no country," he asserted that "without Sinaloa, there is no country."

He emphasized that the main objective of the House-to-House Health Program is to care for people with disabilities and older adults, but above all, to identify risk factors to prevent more serious diseases such as hypertension, since 70 percent of older adults in the country may be prone to it.

He explained that each nurse who visits homes will carry a suitcase containing the necessary equipment to provide care and complete a digital file that can be used at health centers if necessary. He also explained that, starting June 2, a call center will begin operating where doctors can write prescriptions to patients.

"Additionally, if you have any questions, there will be a call center starting June 2nd, which will be located in Mexico City. Initially, there will be 50 doctors, and the number will continue to grow. If you have any questions about the person you are seeing and think they need medication, you can call them. The call will be recorded, and you can give them a prescription," she informed the health workers who are part of the program.

He added that, in a few months, these prescriptions will be available for free at the Farmacias del Bienestar (Wellness Pharmacies), which will be located in the former Diconsa stores, completing the most ambitious model of healthcare and disease prevention in the world.

The governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, welcomed the visit of the President, whom he described as a "unique, universal, and stateswoman" who implements policies to promote the country's development.
